portraits

It’s all in the eye. My eye. The difference between a good portrait and a great portrait is the photographer. The interaction between the subject and the camera is under the control of the photographer, and is the key element. I love this part of the job, give me thirty minutes of “loosening up” and I’ll capture you the way no one else can. No, I’m not going to tell you how I do it; you’ll have to see for yourself.

• In studio, home, on location with portable studio lighting. Green screen too!
• Executive portraits in your office or my studio "office"
• Glamour like shots; piece of cake
• Journalistic magazine style, no problem
• Get nervous, blink, self conscious, hey that's my specialty
• Unique, Hollywood style lighting available, the kind DeMille, Capra, Hitchcock championed I use in stills.
• Pricing is based on what you want me to accomplish, how you wish to be photographed, location, lighting style and complexity. Generally you can expect to pay me about $100.00 per hour of studio time and $50.00 per hour of post production time. I can produce most portraits in an hour or a little bit more if we change outfits and lighting. On location I charge about $ 200.00 per hour, plus time and travel and $500.00 to bring our studio lighting & backdrop equipment.
